Terms And Conditions Of Use
Placing Orders
Orders may be placed online, over the telephone or by post. Orders are accepted subject to payment and stock availability.
Stock Levels
We make every effort to keep stock levels on the website up to date, however, this is not always possible. If an item you order is not in stock we will order it in for you and let you know an approximate delivery date.
Payments
Payments are made securely via RBS Worldpay or by Paypal, no credit/debit card details are held by us. Payment is taken at time the order is placed.
If you would prefer not to use online payment please select the 'Mail Order' option on checkout. Payment can then be made over the telephone on 01926 311614 or by cheque payable to 'Web of Wool'.
Value Added Tax
All prices shown on the website include VAT at 17.5% as appropriate. Orders sent to delivery addresses outside the EU will not be charged VAT (VAT will be removed from your order total when you enter a delivery address outside the EU).
Postage & Packing
Orders to addresses within the UK are sent out Postage FREE if over 150g. (We add a £1.00 charge to orders weighing 0-150g)
Orders to addresses within Europe will be subject to the following postage charges:
0-150g £1.25
151-350g £2.50
351-1000g £3.90
1000-1500g £6.50
1501-2000g £9.00
Over 2000g £15.00
Orders to all other addresses will be subject to the following postage charges:
0-150g £1.85
151-350g £3.00
351-450g £4.60
451-750g £6.40
751-1000g £8.90
1001-1500 £12.40
1501-2000g £17.50

Delivery
We make every effort to dispatch goods promptly and the majority of orders are received within one week of ordering, however, please allow 10 days for delivery. If you have supplied an email address you will receive an email when your order is dispatched.
Returns
We hope you will be very happy with your purchases from our site, however, if you have any problems or queries we would like to hear from you. If any item is faulty or an order is short, please let us know and we will arrange a refund or replacement. You are also entitled to return any unused item to us for a refund within 7 days of receipt.
'Webster Points' Scheme

One 'Webster Point' will be issued for each £5 spent with 'Web of Wool' (in shop, on website or by mail order) between 1/12/09 and 31/1/10, excluding any postage and packing charge.

Discounts can be activated from 18/1/10 and, once activated, are valid on new purchases until 28/2/10.

Discount codes must be entered when ordering online, quoted when ordering by telephone/post or presented in the shop for the discount to be applied.

Return a collection card with 5 to 9 ‘Webster Points’ and receive a 5% discount on purchases, 10 to 14 points=10%, 15 to 19 points=15%, 20 to 24 points=20% and 25 points =25%.

Once returned and activated no further points can be added to a collection card, although a new card may be started.

‘Webster Points’ are not transferable and must be collected by the customer they are issued to.

Discounts may only be used by the customer named on the collection card.

Name and address of customer must be completed for collection card to be valid (email address is optional).

Each returned collection card will be entered into a draw for a knitting goody bag, draw to take place on 28/02/10.

‘Webster Points’ have no cash value. This card is not redeemable for cash.

‘Web of Wool’ reserves the right to end this promotion at any time.

Any details supplied will be held by ‘Web of Wool’ for marketing purposes and will not be passed to any third party.

Return of a collection card for activation is taken as acceptance of these conditions.
